Students who know 15 of the 21 consonant letter sounds are ready for Phonics Plug-In ONE. Phonics Plug-In ONE has some consonant letter sound practice to help students who may not know a few of the letter consonant sounds. Short vowel letter sounds are not assessed because each of these is introduced in a separate Phonics Plug-In ONE Unit.
